Illegal use of Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates’ copyrights, licenses, trademarks, trade secrets and any and all other proprietary rights and privileges.

Discontinuation of Relationship – Termination of Agreement with a particular school and its members

If a particular school and its members that have discontinued their relationships with Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates, it and its members are NOT IN GOOD STANDING with Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates. The ex-school is sent an official notice of termination, as stated in a OYD and school agreement, and it and any and all members are to immediately discontinue any and all use of the items and properties of Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates, including but not limited to Grandmaster “Iron” Kim proprietary rights and privileges, and return all and any items and properties to Oom Yung Doe within 15 days. If there is no response nor cooperation from the ex-school, the necessary legal and lawful means to protect Oom Yung Doe, Moo Doe students and our affiliates will be pursued.

Important note: If you are a person using or a witness to the unauthorized usage of Oom Yung Doe properties, trademark, or trade secret privileges or rights, you can be in violation of Federal Trademark Registration Law and/or other illegal act or behavior.

Publications, Verbal and Other Disclosure of Oom Yung Doe and its Affiliates – Disclosure of information

Any and all disclosure of information about Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates are proprietary, confidential and protected by copyright(s), license(s), trademark(s) and other legal means. Oom Yung Doe and its affiliates makes no warranty of any kind with regard to this document and other materials and shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for incidental or consequential damages or loss in connection with the furnishing performance or use of this document and other materials.
