Pictured above, Grandmaster jumps from the top of a building \u2013 a corner of the roof is visible in the photo.<\/p>\n<p>Not all martial arts movements are the same. Kyong Gong Sul Bope is different than a jump side kick. One can see the strength in the hands, feet, neck \u2013 the entire body. Once achieved, this strength sustains one\u2019s mental and physical health and well-being and benefits one\u2019s daily life, family, and friends.<\/p>\n<p>Each photo of Grandmaster Iron Kim shows tremendous internal strength and willpower. Each photo is also a guide and a challenge for students. When students correctly execute a movement, they take a step closer to reaching their goals. Grandmaster Iron Kim has said, \u201cthe photographs are not for my benefit. They are for your benefit to develop yourself. Through correct movement, you can improve your mental and physical strength. Once people have reached mental and physical improvement, no one can take that away from them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Over the centuries, few have reached the level of knowledge of Grandmaster Iron Kim.
