The Oom Yung Doe training system features multiple levels of instructors divided into four teams, ranging from 1st Degree Black Belt Instructors all the way to traditional martial arts Masters who have learned directly from Grandmaster Iron Kim. A true traditional martial arts Master is extremely rare, and one of the unique aspects of Oom Yung Doe training is that every student, regardless of skill level, has an opportunity to learn directly from the Master Level Teaching Team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Haksup is the memorization of curriculum. Daily group lessons teach the eight martial arts in a rotation, with emphasis on particular styles on particular days. Students begin with introductory training, learning core curriculum, including the fundamentals of timing, position, and control. Through this practice, students gain a well-rounded understanding of fundamentals of all core styles.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Students learn how to apply form (Hyung) and develop a more advanced understanding of core curriculum based on their need or interest. This level of training emphasizes a greater comprehension and faster absorption of form and movement. Training and development are enhanced through deeper explanations of the forms, movements, the principles behind the movements, and how these relate to your everyday life. Training apparatus are used for precise and correct practice, engaging the student more deeply mentally and physically. Master Level Training (Chung Hyung Training). Chung Hyung Training is key foundation and specialty forms, taught to make the movements \u201cpart of you\u201d through personal instruction. This is the fastest way to develop internally and externally. All levels of students and instructors can learn key foundation movements that develop the mind, body, and spirit. Each key form (Chung Hyung) taught by the Master Level Teaching team has a high concentration of key movements that unite a student\u2019s mind and body, and advance skill and ability much faster than fundamental techniques alone.     In traditional martial arts, practitioners throughout history have specialized in various skills. With MLT Team Seminars, you can too. As a beginning student, you can enroll in a Chung Dan Hyung or other MLT Training Seminars.
