Course Overview

You will learn a series of 15 Moving Meditation techniques that help clear the mind and body of any negative that arises as a result of stress. Moving Meditation helps you to achieve a state of mind that allows you to effectively deal with stressful events that inevitably arise in everyone’s life.

These techniques consist of:

You will be taught each technique by Nationally Certified Instructor, Ben Zaroukian a 6th Degree Black Belt, who will help teach you the key points of each movement to maximize the health benefits. The movements are easy to pick up and can benefit individuals of any age or condition.

Once you have learned each movement individually you will have the opportunity to go through a full lesson utilizing all the techniques you learned.

Ben Zaroukian, is a 6th Degree National Certified Instructor of Oom Yung Doe.  He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon where he majored in Physics and played college football.  For the past 15 years he helps overseas a group of martial arts school in the Boston, MA. He has personally taught hundreds of individuals how to improve their mind and body through traditional martial arts.  Ben is continually learning 8 styles of traditional martial arts from the Master Level Teaching Team.

Moving Meditation techniques are time-proven basic Traditional Internal Martial Arts exercises that are known to strengthen and balance your internal and external condition.
