Tips
Learn the techniques at your own pace. The goal is to understand the how to do each technique, when to inhale and exhale and area of the body that the technique addresses.
Never force a movement. Forcing means you are creating tension and blocking the flow of energy. Use your breath to relax into the movements. The goal is to warm your body up from the inside out.
The movements can be practice any time that fits your schedule but generally, it is a good idea to practice outside when the weather permits and avoid locations where you are going to get interrupted or distracted.
